Jochen Wolf

FOUNDER AND SHAREHOLDER OF FLORES FARM

Jochen founded Flores Farm in 2006, as the story goes after a wine-filled night on Flores/Indonesia. After many project developments, countless trips to our partners and 18 years as managing director, Jochen has been working a bit more in the background since 2023. He now accompanies Flores Farm in its changes with advice, experience and the steadfastness of a yogi.

MATHIAS TAUBERT

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mathias is responsible for strategy, sales, purchasing and quality assurance. For many years, he managed sales to Europe and the USA for an organic exporter in South America and worked as a strategic buyer for organic raw materials in Germany. He therefore knows first-hand the challenges of suppliers at origin as well as the raw material trade.

Marko Buljan

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Marko is the driving force in sales at Flores Farm. With more than 25 years of experience in the organic industry, he is well connected and has made a name for himself as a specialist in nuts and dried fruits. Laura El-Hussein

TRAINEE

Laura is doing her training with us, and she does it with admirable calm. She previously worked as a kindergarten teacher, so our daily work routine is probably almost relaxing compared to the hustle and bustle of the kindergarten, or perhaps Laura is simply very resilient and curious.

HEAD OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Susanne ensures that Flores Farm is your usual reliable partner, guaranteeing high quality and the safety of our organic raw materials at all times. Susanne has many years of experience as Head of Quality Management in the food industry and approaches all QA and QM issues with care and pragmatism.
