Jochen founded Flores Farm in 2006, as the story goes after a wine-filled night on Flores/Indonesia. After many project developments, countless trips to our partners and 18 years as managing director, Jochen has been working a bit more in the background since 2023. He now accompanies Flores Farm in its changes with advice, experience and the steadfastness of a yogi.

Marko is the driving force in sales at Flores Farm. With more than 25 years of experience in the organic industry, he is well connected and has made a name for himself as a specialist in nuts and dried fruits. Building up suppliers to offer customers the best deals – that’s what Marko burns for with all his heart and soul.

Philipp Wittchow

Philipp is responsible for personal customer care and customer acquisition.

TRAINEE
Laura is doing her training with us, and she does it with admirable calm. She previously worked as a kindergarten teacher, so our daily work routine is probably almost relaxing compared to the hustle and bustle of the kindergarten, or perhaps Laura is simply very resilient and curious.

Susanne ensures that Flores Farm is your usual reliable partner, guaranteeing high quality and the safety of our organic raw materials at all times. Susanne has many years of experience as Head of Quality Management in the food industry and approaches all QA and QM issues with care and pragmatism. Due to her calm and balanced nature, she brings the necessary stamina, even when things get more difficult or take longer.

Sandrine reliably takes care of your orders and keeps a close eye on deadlines and dates. She also makes sure that we always have enough vegan chocolate snacks in the fridge, which alone is a logistical masterpiece.

Giang reliably and carefully processes the purchase orders of our customers. After studying economics and working for several years in the technology industry in Vietnam, she got to know Flores Farm and our industry from different angles during her apprenticeship. Now, with a holistic view, she ensures that everything runs smoothly and that customers are satisfied.

Sahara did her apprenticeship at Flores Farm and is now a fixture in the inside sales and order processing departments. Her good humor is contagious, but beware: she likes to ask for your zodiac sign!
